When Gates was young he had some of the same hobbies that your average high-schooler would have. He enjoyed activities such as water-skiing, talking about politics and sports, and enjoying computer time. When he became fascinated with computers he devoted more and more of his time with computers. When Gates got older he was invited to work with a big computer assignment that he would devote days in a row of his time to make the programming work properly.
